If you missed the initial story, read it here. The press statement below is a follow up to the story...
Governor of Lagos State Mr Akinwunmi Ambode has come to the aid of Adwale Obelomo the young man who his leg was crushed by a hit and run driver on the Third Mainland Bridge on Thursday July 16th 2015.

Stop Begging Me, All Big Thieves Must Face The Law – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari has assured Nigerians that no amount of pressure would make him give up the war against corruption in the country.
“I believe it is time for Nigeria to change course. That is why I sought election as President and got elected. As President, I am determined that Nigeria must move away from a course of endemic corruption that was leading us to perdition.
“There can be no question of our willfully allowing anyone to get away with corruption. No matter the pressure and entreaties, the anti-corruption war will continue and all accused persons will have their day in court.”

In an address to a group of Nigerians who marched to the Presidential Villa to pledge their full support for his administration’s anti-corruption campaign, President Buhari promised a relentless prosecution of the war against corruption, with due regard for the rule of law.

The President said all persons charged with stealing the nation’s resources will have their day in court and that, upon conviction, their ill-gotten wealth would be seized and returned to government coffers.

The Nigerians Against Corruption group led by Aisha Yesufu had condemned recent statements by some very respected individuals against the President’s anti-corruption campaign.

They assured Buhari that majority of ordinary Nigerians are fully in support of his anti-corruption stand.

Ladies, See Things to Do to Win Your Man's Heart Without Juju

In the last few weeks, I have come to understand that many women in Lagos don't believe in the prospects of True Love. If a man is dating a young lady and she noticed that he has money, the next thing is how she is going to visit a bad Prophet or Spiritualist to LOCK HIM DOWN spiritually. In fact, many men in Lagos today her under their wife or their wife's mother spiritual control, and they don't even know.
I grew up in Port-Harcourt and such things are strange to me. A woman locking a man's spirit using his name and picture because of marriage? I find it hard to believe all these stupidity until a Pastor asked me to read a passage in the Bible, Micah 7 vs 5 (NLT) and it reads: "Don't trust anyone - not your best friend or even your wife!"

Ladies, if you have the fear of God and know that you do not have control over your life, stop such nonsense if you engage in it. If you don't, please ignore your friends or mum if they try to push you into it.

I've written a piece about this shameful act some women engage in against their husband and their daughter's husband. By October, I will publish it to help all men who are blindly inside a woman's bondage.

Guinness celebrates their Made of Black Ambassadors; Olamide, Eva and Phyno

This year, Guinness is demonstrating continued commitment to celebrate young Nigerians for who they are, represent what they want and give them a voice, Guinness®, is moving to the next step of the Made of Black campaign.

On Saturday, August 15, Guinness organised a media event to celebrate their made of black ambassadors; Olamide, Eva and Phyno. While explaining the next steps of the campaign, Portfolio Marketing Manager, Liz Ashdown said that Guinness is set to turn the camera around and focus on the real made of black heroes in all walks of life across Nigeria starting with their own brand ambassadors.

Guinness believes that Olamide, Phyno and Eva have made a positive impact to the #madeofblack movement and wants to make them an even more pivotal part of the next phase; hence Guinness is excited to be celebrating them.

Phyno is #madeofblack, because he dared to be different, standing up to pursue what he believed in; his dream and not wavering till he got it. Eva believes that women can achieve anything they set their minds to and she has demonstrated this by treading a path previously believed to be reserved for men.

Olamide is a bona-fide game changer. This he has demonstrated not only in his style of music but in the utter dexterity with which he delivers his lines and the passion with which he pursues his career.

Hey, don’t be left out! As Guinness is taking every opportunity to ensure consumers have experiences made of more and opportunities to drink the beer made of more. Black is set to rule and take the centre stage in many major consumer passions including football.

The event, which held at Rhapsody, was an evening to celebrate Olamdie, Phyno and Eva, and showcase a cross section of real people that embody the spirit of being truly #madeofblack. The event included bold artistic performances including a skateboard and freestyle dance performance from the DNMT dance group and personalised graffiti portraits for the brand ambassadors by Osa7.

There were also different Guinness serves throughout the day showing that there are more ways to drink black and show you are made of black. Are you part of the #drinkblackmovement?
