Photo: Three suspected female 'jihadi brides' arrested in Kenya

Kenya Police have arrested three suspected young female terrorists believed to be on their way to join the Al-Shabaab militia group, in Somalia. The 3 girls identified as Nargis Arafat Gulam, Mwanajuma Mweru Tayari and Saumu Ali Athmani were on Wednesday, September 16, found with a collection of gadgets that the police have linked to a planned attack in Garissa, Kenya.

The suspicious 'Jihadi brides' aged between 15-18 years were nabbed in a bus at Mtwapa in Kilifi County en-route to Garissa.

Security agents managed to recover laptops, satellite phones, military boots, surveillance pen, laptop charger, external hard disk and ear phones. It is reported that the items were to be handed over to an Al-Shabaab operative as soon as the suspects arrived in Garissa. Reports further indicate that a fourth suspect who handed over the items to be delivered to the Al Shabaab militant in Garissa, fled to the United Kingdom leaving three phone numbers that the girls were to use to call the receiver.

State Lawyer Eugene Wangila said the police believe the suspects were part of a wider terror network and that the police would require experts from anti-cybercrime police to analyse the laptops found in their possession.

The girls were arraigned in court and will be detained for 30 days to enable the police complete their investigations. Wangila told Mombassa Principal Magistrate Diana Mochache that the threat of terrorism was grave and there is a need for police to be given time to complete investigations.
"We want 30 days to investigate the matter. They were intercepted aboard Muhsin Bus at the Mwapa Weighbridge in Kilifi County on thier way to Garissa following a tip-off," said Wangila.

Nigerian woman who laundered stolen student cash ordered to pay back almost £630k

Ruth Smith-Ajala, who helped defraud hundreds of UK students online has been ordered to pay back almost £630,000 after admitting she made £1.2million from her crimes. On Monday, September 14, the Old Bailey heard how the 46-year-old Nigerian National was jailed in December 2013 for her part in conning students out of more than £1.5m.

Students were sent emails inviting them to update details on their student loan account via a link to a bogus website. When the site was accessed by the unsuspecting victims, a cyber crime gang gained unauthorised access to their bank accounts, stealing large amounts of money.

Smith-Ajala used her share of the cash to buy products in the UK, which she then shipped out for sale at a wholesaler in Lagos, Nigeria, that she owns. During her trial, Smith-Ajala tried to convince the court that she was running a legitimate business but she was ultimately found guilty of conspiracy to launder money and mortgage fraud.

The mortgage fraud related to seven houses that Smith-Ajala was renting out in Gravesend, Northfleet and Chatam, in Kent; Grays, in Essex; and Catford, in London.

In conjunction with the investigation, specialist detectives from the Met’s Central Criminal Finance Team (CFT) launched a financial investigation. They and the Crown Prosecution Service obtained a restraint order for the properties and Smith-Ajala’s banks accounts were frozen, prohibiting her from selling the houses and hiding the money.

As a result of the confiscation proceedings, Smith-Ajala will now have to sell the houses, using the profits and rent money to pay the confiscation sum. Detective Inspector Pete Ward, of the Met’s Central Criminal Finance Team, said:
"We won’t stop at seeing criminals convicted for their crimes - we will also make them pay back the money they have taken from their victims."
"It is ironic that Smith-Ajala helped defraud hundreds of students while paying for one of her own children to be privately educated."

"She has just three months to pay back the money she obtained, or face a further five years in prison. If she doesn’t pay the money by the time she is out of prison, the order will remain and her finances will be scrutinized to ensure she continues to pay up." He added.

Is Tupac still alive? Retired police officer claims he was PAID to help rapper fake his death

Tupac Shakur
A retired police officer has hinted that Tupac might still be alive.
David Myers, who is in a critical medical condition in hospital, claims he was paid $1.5 million to help the star fake his own death.
Tupac Shakur, or 2Pac as he was known on stage, died after he was hit in a drive-by shooting back in 1996 when he was just 25.
But Myers says he now wants the world to know the truth and from his death bed – he said: “The world needs to know what I did. I’m ashamed that I let a price be put on my word and I cannot die without letting the world know.”

He claims Suge knew what was going on

He claims Suge Knight, who is currently in jail awaiting trial for murder, played a big part in helping it happen.
Over 30 people were reportedly paid to help fake his death – including police, medics and various witnesses.
Myers even claims 2Pac paid $50,000 for a body double to be taken to the morgue. It is not the first time there have been theories that he may not have died.

Tupac's death is still a mystery

However, the mystery deepens as it later emerged one of the original websites to report Myers' extraordinary tale is using a fake image to represent the police officer on his deathbed, plunging the conspiracy theory into disrepute.
On September 7, 1996, Shakur was shot multiple times in a drive-by shooting at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Koval Lane in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He had been at the Mike Tyson vs Bruce Sheldon boxing match and been involved in a altercation with gang member Orlando "Baby Lane" Anderson.
A short while later, while en route to night club a car pulled up alongside Shakur's while he was standing with his head out of the sunroof and unknown occupants shot him, hitting him in the chest, pelvis, right hand, thigh and lung.

The shocking news he might still be alive comes just months after it was reported a film about his life was due to start filming.
Earlier this year producer Randall Emmett said: "The script is great and we're ready to make the movie, we're just prepping the logistics."
The movie - which has the rights to use the iconic rapper's music - will cover key areas of his life, leading up to his tragic death .
Emmett added: "I think our story, especially like a lot of biopics in the hip-hop space, will at least tease the beginning of his life, kind of tease his beginnings and kind of the people around him.
"Then go into the key years leading up to the pinnacle of his success - those three or four key years of his rise, and the empire he built.”
Tupac Shakur has sold over 75 million records worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists of all time.
Shakur was a vocal participant in the so-called East Coast–West Coast hip hop rivalry, becoming involved in conflicts with other rappers, producers and record-label staff members, most notably The Notorious B.I.G. and the label Bad Boy Records.

Just Imagine What Goodluck Jonathan Has Done To Himself

Money is good, everyone needs money, but the love of money is dangerous, it blinds your conscience:

Reading the Premium Times investigation report of how former president Goodluck Jonathan, oil goddess Diezani Alison Madueke, mogul Tunde Ayeni and Idahosa Wells setup a siphon to drain as much as 100 million dollars monthly via unnecessary and hyper-inflated ship lines, one has to conclude that the former Jonathan administration is the greatest thieving establishment in world history.

When we look at all the revelations as they keep pouring in...
of different set-ups used to loot our treasury, illegal oil sales, enabled and government official organised illegal oil lifting, brief-case marketers, fake and non-existant mobile podia, diversion of billions to procure arms while the administration confessed that it was unwilling or unable to buy them through its five years, and all other mechanisims of looting at all levels of the treasury, one can only conclude that Ali Baba with his forty thieves was a saint compared to Goodluck Jonathan.

Jonathan is a fraud; a master fraud. All his supporters are thieves. Those who wrote for him and campaigned for him are thieves or so blinded they should be barred from voting till they get therapy. The pastors and Imams who advocated for him must be banned from the pulpit, they are risks to society. The Femi's who keep writing for him are unrepentant thieves.

Jonathan is the worst president the world has ever known. I dare anyone to show of a greater thief in written world history. You cannot find one. Nigeria put a Lawrence Anini at it's helm of affairs. We must thank God that we survived to tell the tale.

Actress Uche Iwuji Looking Fresh and Fine In New Photos

She's been struggling to find her place in the movie industry after her marriage failed. Still a fine girl..!

Bad Wife, Uloma, Kills Her Husband Because of His Money

God save us from ladies who can go any length to lock a man's destiny spiritually or even kill him, all because of his wealth. Many ladies today don't fear God. If you're a rich man, be very careful and prayerful!

A Naija lady from South-East Nigeria, Uloma, has been arrested for murder, after it was exposed that she had conspired with a group of young men to kill her husband who is a Fire Service officer in the US.

What is her reason? So she could take her husband's Life Insurance money
and also cover up some secret financial fraud she committed in her husband’s name, prosecutors said.

The 44-year-old woman was indicted on aggravated murder, conspiracy and felonious assault charges in the slaying of her husband, Fire Lt. William Walker, 45, a County Prosecutor’s Office announced.

Walker was shot to death in the driveway of his home after the trio of Chad Padgett, 21, Christopher Hein, 22, and Ryan Dorty, 23, laid ambush on him after they were hired by his wife.
It was revealed in the court how Uloma hired Padgett, who was dating her daughter at the time, and Padgett in turn recruited his cousin, Hein, who turned to Dorty, who allegedly pulled the trigger on Walker.

Homicide detectives initially followed leads provided by the heartless wife, Uloma, that neighborhood drug dealers might have killed her husband to stop him from complaining about them but a Crime Stoppers tip and cellphone technology, including text messages, led detectives to investigate her, and it was discovered that she had her husband killed so she could claim his insurance money.

What a stupid wife!...the love of money is indeed the root of all evil.

How My Spouse Deceived Me Into A Fake Marriage

Lagos is one of the worst place a good man or good woman can get a true life partner; many are fraud who are utterly lazy and just want someone who will be spending his or her money on them. You may have a good heart, but the person you want to marry who you are going to church with is a fraud.

A lady, Christiana has chronicled how she was deceived by a man she got married to after her first lover used her and dumped her for another woman. That is Lagos for you. Her story:
My name is Christiana and I have been married for three years now but shortly after my marriage, I discovered that my husband is not what he made me believe he was.
I met him after a man I had dated for six years and had hoped to settle down with got married to another woman without my knowledge...
I only got to know about the wedding two weeks after when a friend told me about it. I was so hurt and I needed a shoulder to lean on and that was when I met my husband at a church programme. He claimed that he was working for a top politician in Abuja as a Special Assistant. He drove a Range Rover car and seemed to be who he said he was.
When I visited him in Abuja, he lodged me in an expensive hotel and seemed to be doing very well. Six months later, we got married and that was the mistake I made because when we went to my village in the eastern part of the country for our introduction, I was actually the one who sponsored the trip and even bought the drinks we used.
When my family gave him the traditional marriage list, my husband said it was too expensive and could not go ahead with it. He suggested we had a church wedding and later do the traditional marriage and because I was desperate, I agreed.
Even at that, I sponsored almost 90% of the church wedding. After the wedding, he refused to allow me go and live with him in Abuja and instead, insisted I got an apartment in Lagos. He only gave me N50,000 for the rent and I provided over N250,000 to complete the balance.
To compound the issue, I later found out that he is a secondary school leaver without the degrees he told me he had, and that he is a mere houseboy to one Special Assistant to a politician in Abuja. The hotel he lodged me when I visited him in Abuja belonged to his boss
I wouldn't have minded the deceit that much but he has turned out to be a brute who beats me at every provocation and above all, I am the one feeding him.
I want out of this fake marriage!
- I wonder why it's so difficult for some people to live a sincere life. Too many fraud going to church.

Basketmouth Calls Sean Tizzle A Bad Boy, Praises Olamide

It's good to be a good person, even if you are not there and people are talking about you wrongly their own tongue will fight with them. Lol! But seriously, comedian Basketmouth is mad with Sean Tizzle who he said he helped to become who he is today with a straight 3-month show when he was struggling.

Below is what the popular comedian said about Sean Tizzle and Olamide:
His impression of Sean Tizzle: "I called on Sean Tizzle and he was charging me a certain amount of money, I didn't know if it was him or his management that charged me, but I don't care, I had to tell my team to blacklist his name on any of my shows."
His impression of Olamide: "I called on Olamide who's even a more buzzing act, and he said I can pay him anything I feel like, and he didn't even ask of his money until way after the show before I paid him."

Buhari’s Wife Seeks Adamawa Commissioner’s Replacement

Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, on Friday called on Governor Muhammed Bindow Jibrilla of Adamawa State to swap his male Commissioner for Women Affairs, Alhaji Aliyu Tola, with a woman.

“The women are protesting. They asked me to pass their wishes to have a woman as their commissioner for women affairs,” the president's wife told the governor.

Mrs. Buhari made the call in Yola, the capital, while inaugurating a free medical check-up for 2,000 women in the state under her pet project, the Aisha Buhari Women Health Initiative.

The controversial commissioner, Alhaji Tola, who was asked to deliver his speech before that of the wife of the president, seemed to have sensed the women’s countenance, tactically uttering a few words before inviting the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Maisaratu Bello, a woman, to address them.

The appointment of Alhaji Tola as the first male Commissioner of Women Affairs in Adamawa has sparked debate in the state with some criticising it and others supporting it.

Those against it said the ministry was meant to carry women along hence the need to make it exclusively for them, while those in support said the full name of the ministry is Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development making it open for male and female to be made commissioners.

There are four female commissioners in Adamawa; Dr. Fatima Atiku Abubakar (Health), Barrister Lilian Kayode (Works), Mrs. Victoria Sashi (Mineral Resources) and Dr. Kaleptawa Farauta (Education).

Saraki On The Run, Cries Out From His Hiding

Senate President Bukola Saraki has gone into hiding immediate after the Code of Conduct tribal ordered his arrest for his utter disregard for the Tribunal. Speaking from his safe haven, he has described the call for his arrest by the Tribunal on Friday as an abuse of rule of law.

“The Tribunal today left nobody in doubt that it cannot do justice on the matter before it. The tribunal has equally set a bad precedent in the way and manner it conducted itself during the proceedings.

“We want to emphasise the fact that this is not part of any war against corruption but using state institutions to fight political opponents. And seeking to achieve through the back door what some people cannot get through democratic process.

“We need to caution here that in a desperate bid to settle political scores and nail imaginary enemies, we should not destroy our democratic institutions and heat the polity for selfish reasons. Let us all learn from history."

Saraki said this in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Yusuph Olaniyonu.

He claimed that Saraki’s absence from the tribunal was based on a legal advice from his counsel that the tribunal would respect the decision of the Federal High Court.

Unfortunately for Saraki, both the court and the tribunal are of equal standing.

Bukola Saraki, I Will Get You Before Monday – Police IG

As the case against the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, over alleged false declaration of assets took a different turn at the weekend, the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase has assured that he would arrest the Senate President as directed by the law before Monday.

“We are going to promptly arrest the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki and produce him before the Code of Conduct Tribunal on Monday. Since it is a bench warrant issued by a competent court, the order will be carried out without delay. We don’t want to pre-empt anything.”
This was disclosed by new Force PRO, Mrs. Olabisi Kolawole, in an interview with LEADERSHIP.

The Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja, had on Friday, issued a bench warrant for Saraki’s arrest, for failing to appear in court over his ongoing trial for alleged false declaration of his assets. Prior to the issuance of the arrest warrant by the CCT, Saraki had approached a High Court which gave ruling faulting the process of his planned arraignment at the of Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).

The Tribunal ordered the Inspector General of Police to arrest and produce the Senate President before it on Monday. The Tribunal ruled that Saraki must be available to take plea in the 13-count charge slammed on him by the Federal Government over alleged false declaration of assets.

A deputy director in the office of the Attorney General of the Federation, Mr. M.S. Hassan, applied for the arrest order following Saraki’s refusal to appear before the Tribunal to enter his plea.

It was stated that a Justice of the High Court lacked the powers to summon the CCT and CCB chairmen, even as it accused Saraki of engaging in “forum shopping” in a desperate bid to scuttle his trial.

The case against Saraki:
The 13-count charge accused him of making anticipatory declaration of assets, false declaration of assets and maintenance of foreign account contrary to the Third Schedule of the Constitution.
