Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Governor Nasir El-Rufai had an
interesting and fruitful encounter with the respected Kofi Annan who
believes that the poor in Africa should not be made to pay more for
electricity. At the end, VP Osinbajo penned a deal with Energy Africa to
further boost energy in Nigeria.
