Prince Caught In The Act

When a lady steps out of her home with her stuffs cheaply open, all she's doing is sell herself cheap to all kinds of men. Even a royalty, Prince Harry, couldn't take his eyes off those flat oranges. Lol!

Inspiring! Meet the Nigerian Senator with just one hand (photos)

Despite the seeming 'odd' of having just one hand, Senator Nneji Athan Achonu realized his dreams of becoming a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as he was sworn into office alongside his colleagues yesterday June 9th. Popularly referred to as the one armed general, he campaigned, contested and won the election for Senator representing Okigwe Senatorial zone of Imo State. He is 56 years old, married with children. Birdman shades the heck out of Nicki Minaj...lol

Choi! See what Nicki Minaj's former Cash Money boss, Brian 'Birdman' Williams posted on his Facebook page over the weekend. Lol. Very unflattering comparison. It's no secret that all is not well at Cash Money Records after Lil Wayne filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Birdman.

APC In Trouble: Ruling Party Loses National Assembly to PDP

It is disturbing that the APC failed to learn how to be a ruling party early enough, probably they were still in the celebration mood for their victory in the general elections. But the PDP came out smoking and the result is very clear for all to see.

The APC has been bruised with a bloody nose, especially in the Senate where a rebel Senator Bukola Saraki emerged as Senate President and PDP's Ike Ekweremadu of PDP emerging as his deputy.

Unfortunately for the APC, they have also been defeated squarely in the House of Reps.

Another rebel, Hon Yakubu Dogara defeated Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the APC preferred candidate, to clinch the powerful position of Speaker of the House of Representatives.

In an election to pick the Speaker of the 8th legislature in Abuja on Tuesday, Dogara, a lawyer, scored 182 votes to beat Gbajabiamila, who scored 174 votes. It was a tension soaked election.

In all the APC has shown clear signals of political learners, especially losing the office of Deputy Senate president to the PDP in a chamber that is controlled by them.

President Muhammadu Buhari has a blame here, that is talk of not being interested in what happens in the legislature is a very wrong move. The party must be hard on him now if they want to succeed.

This Nigerian Professor Has Found The Cure For HIV/AIDS

Despite doubts in some quarters about the authenticity of his claims, Professor Maduike Ezeibe of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike (MOUAU), Abia State, has insisted that his recent therapy for the dreaded HIV and AIDS is real and effective.

The discovery of the therapy, Ezeibe said, was a major scientific breakthrough in the search for a cure to the global pandemic.
He said after 19 years of hard work, he was able to discover the therapy and his research was eventually published in the British Journal of Medicine & Medical Research.

The Professor of Veterinary Medicine, who obtained his first degree in same discipline at the University of Nigeria Nsukka in 1986, Masters in Ruminant Medicine, and doctorate degree in Canine Medicine all in UNN, said he moved to MOUAU on leave of absence.

Speaking with Southern City News in his office, he said his research into the therapy known as ‘Antivirt’ (Anti-Viral Therapy), dated back to 1994 when he took the challenge to be part of the global solution to the HIV/AIDS scourge ravaging humanity.

Ezeibe said his work had been published by the American-based medical journal known as The Health.

He said he decided to publish his research work on the therapy so as to prove anyone who would doubt that a black man could develop HIV/AIDS cure, wrong.

He boasted that the experiment remained authentic and verifiable in any part of the world.

According to him, two essential minerals – aluminum silicate (kaolin) and magnesium silicate, used in the production of the therapy, have large deposits in Umuahia and parts of Abia State.

This, he said, would make the therapy cheaper and more affordable than the old anti-retroviral therapy.

He added that the therapy would take an average of two to three months to cure HIV/AIDS patient.

Breaking: Saraki In Political Coup, Becomes Senate President

The fastest political coup in Nigeria's recent history has just been executed by Senator Bokula Saraki as he shunned the meeting called by President Muhammadu Buhari with all APC lawmakers and followed the PDP lawmakers and a few APC lawmakers to declare himself as Senate President.

Saraki was nominated by Senator Ahmed Yerima and seconded by Senator Dino Melaye.

Unless President Buhari takes a drastic step, Senator Saraki is the new Senate President. The deal is done!
